Maka Benashvili
The Pontifical University of John Paul II in Krakow (Poland)
Maka Benashvili, an affiliated assistant professor of the Faculty of Social Sciences of Sabauni, was on Erasmus+ academic staff mobility at the Pontifical University of John Paul II in Krakow (Poland).
“The days spent at the Pontifical University of Krakow combine unforgettable impressions. The university was interesting both in terms of its environment/infrastructure and more importantly, the lecturers and students. The library of the host university, which offers readers a variety of spaces, was interesting. It is important to note that there are a number of similarities between Sulkhan-Saba Orbelian University and the Pontifical University. For example, student-oriented policy, equipping auditoriums with technologies, etc " - Maka Benashvili.
Within the framework of the visit, Maka Benashvili conducted lectures for Polish students. Also, she met her colleagues and returned to Sabauni with future plans.
"During my visit to Poland, the lectures-seminars I conducted were mainly in a discussion format, where students had the opportunity to share their opinions. The discussion with the academic staff of the host university was also interesting, during which we shared our experiences on various topics of the field. After the mobility, I came back with new contacts and more motivated to do my work" - Maka Benashvili.
