Executive Director of the Prince David Institute for Law at Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani University and Head of the Institute of Energy Law and Climate Change. 10 years (2008 - 2018) work experience in the field of energy. In 2000 she was awarded the title of Master at Tbilisi Iv. Javakhishvili State University and in 2004 graduated from the Free University of Berlin - Magistra legume (LL.M.). Graduate of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). PhD student at Eastern European University. Member of the Georgian Bar Association. Has been lecturing in the field of administrative law since 2017. Has been working at Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani University since 2018. Main field of research: Energy Law.
In 2018-2019, she was invited as an expert to develop Natural gas transmission tariff setting methodology in a project supported by the Energy Community. Also, in 2019, was invited as an expert by World Experience for Georgia (WEG) in the USAID-supported project Energy Sector Gas Assessment.
