holding a master's degree in law from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and is currently a Ph.D student at the same university. He teaches courses in administrative law at various universities. He joined Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani University`s team in 2020.

Main areas of research: Administrative Law, Public Administration, Administrative Law Process, Privatization Law, Licensing and Permit Law.
