Interview with Tsitsia Megutnishvili, Bachelor program of Law of Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani University spent Fall semester of the 2023-2024 academic year at the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin (Poland). Tsitsia talks about her experience.
1. What was the most important benefit from this program?
The most significant benefit of this program was the ability to live independently.
2. Which personal skills did this program help you improve?
I improved the ability to make decisions independently and quickly, also, the skills of communication and receiving news more easily.
3. In which professional technique improvement did you place this mobility?
I improved my legal English and procedural skills, deepened my knowledge on such issues as American constitutional law, administrative bodies, the basics of sociology, etc.
4. What will you miss the most?
I will miss the friends I made in Poland, Lublin, and the university where I studied. Also, discovering new and interesting places in foreign cities.
5. Compare student life in Georgia and abroad...
Student life in Georgia is considered more stressful than it was abroad. It was more comfortable to study in a new environment than it is here - in crowded Tbilisi.
6. Your recommendation to other students who wish to participate in the exchange program.
Do not be afraid that something will not work out and do not doubt your abilities. Don't think too much about how it will be, because the main thing is the goal and working on yourself. Then everything will be fine.
7. What are the advantages of participating in an exchange program?
No one should miss the chance to take part in the proposed exchange program, which gives us the opportunity to develop and see life from a different perspective.
