Terms of Participation

Exchange mobility for academic and administrative staff involves short-term visits to foreign universities, which can last from 5 to 30 days

The academic staff of Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani Teaching University, who is actively involved in the teaching process, has at least one year working experience, speaks a foreign language and can give lectures in a foreign language, can participate in exchange programs.

The procedures for participating in the competition are defined in the following stages:

• Registration (sending documents to the International Relations Manager);
• Foreign language test (for those who do not have an international certificate or certificate);
• Interview with the selection commission;
• Referral of initial results (nomination) to the host university and their final decision;
• Concluding a mobility agreement between the applicant and the host university (faculty or department where mobility takes place);
• Forwarding the final documentation to the host university;
