Program Purposes:
The purpose of the Law Bachelor Educational Program is to acquire students with: 

  • Broad theoretical knowledge of core characteristics, principles, and institutions of national legal systems; general principles of law; values; political, social, philosophical, historical, and economic aspects of law, as well as about national and foreign scientific view and legislation;
  • Deep knowledge in the fields of public, private, international, and criminal laws. 
  • The program is oriented:
  • On preparation of qualified specialists having academic degrees of the bachelor of law, teaching to him/her functions of law in social and state life, development of legal expertise and other professional skills.
  • Inculcation of innovative approaches in the direction of law and integration of the results of scientific research in teaching process;
  • Evaluation of university traditions by means of fundamental and useful scientific research in the direction of law;
  • Preparation of new scientific staff in so far.
  • Principal value of Bachelor educational program in the field of law is, that students are offered practical knowledge. The program covers the most practical courses, such as: practical course of private law, practical course of public law, practical course of criminal law, legal writing and skills to be used in litigation process. 
  • After finalizing program graduates will be able to be employed for the purpose of conducting legal work: 
  • In legislative and executive structures of the state;
  • Judicial structures;
  • Law enforcement and other structures of control; 
  • In juridical persons of public and private law or other nonprofit (noncommercial) organizations.
