interview:
- What kind of expectations did you have for studying abroad during one academic semester and at what level were they met?
I dreamt for studying abroad for years. Everything happened to be as I imagined before. The five months were most difficult and busy in my life but as I expected I received huge knowledge, made all my wishes come true – saw the countries and cities of my dream. I made friends with new people and created an unforgettable European adventure.
- What did you worry most about and what happened to be not worth of worries at all after the mobility was over?
It was the final semester and I worried about the Bachelor’s project as I did not know what would I supposed to do. But now I realize that [high] motivation makes anything possible.
- How would you characterize the semester you spent studying abroad?
It was a semester of development, independece and adventures.
- What is the difference between being student in Georgia and in Spain?
From my point of view, Spanish students are provided with more opportunities to develop themselves. They do not begin studying at early age and this is why they know what they really want.
- What did the academic semester give to you?
Knowledge, self-confidence, experience and more opportunities.
- What was the most important benefit of the mobility programme?
The months I spent in Spain made me look myself from a different perspective. It assured me in my abilities as I had to work hard and cope with many difficulties to end the course with success. I think it will be my main benefit in terms of progress and success in the future.
- What did the mobility programme changed inside you? What? How?
The exchange programme taught me how to find my place in a new environment and gave me more self-confidence. In addition to experience to live independently I got the knowledge I will always use to plan my future properly.
- How will you apply the experience of living abroad in Georgia?
As I plan to continue studying in Georgia I think the aforementioned experience will help me properly identify priorities and use the experience as much as possible.
- What would you introduce in Georgia you liked most abroad? Or what would you like to see in Georgia you have seen abroad?
I was impressed by the education system which was oriented on practice and not – only theory. This is the system which is most adapted to students and shows its high efficiency.
- What is Europe for you? How do you perceive Erasmus+?
Erasmus+ is an unlimited opportunity to me any student should enjoy. It means being a member of a great multicultural family, it means development, new friends and perception of the world that is strange for you.
