“The period I have spent in Poland is associated for me with the independence, overcoming difficulties, personal development; with the university that combines cultures and society of different countries and with the many extraordinary moment. Within the exchange program, I studied at the John Paul II catholic University of Lublin and due to coronavirus, the teaching process went online until the end of the semester. Exchange program is special to me because, I studied there in the period of pandemic and lockdown. Living in a completely foreign environment, far from everyone and everything, was a very important experience for me due to the situation in the world. I became more self-confident and independent, made new friends, met a lot of interesting people. Of course, it was for very short period, but still I had the opportunity to listen to lectures by both Polish and American professors at one of the best universities in Europe, to learn about the culture of other countries.
The Catholic University of Lublin is distinguished by a variety of academic subjects, which allowed me to get acquainted with different areas of law, both European and American law experience. The format of each subject was different, which makes the learning process more interesting and fun.”
