Nana Pailodze
Palacky University in Olomouc (Czech Republic)
Nana Pailodze, MA student of Theology at Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani University studied one semester at Palacky University in Olomouce under Erasmus+ mobility program.
I was very lucky that I became the owner of the Erasmus+ grant and had the opportunity to study and gain experience at one of the oldest theological faculties in Europe (1573) at Palacky University in the Czech Republic. While there, I felt and absorbed the European student life, which made me more independent and freer. I was happy with every second and minute I was there. Being abroad helped me to improve many personal and professional skills such as: analytical, creativity, ability to deal with stress and make the right decision.
While studying at Olomouc, I took interactive subjects, which in turn helped me improve my discussion and analytical thinking skills. Biblical lectures were interesting in the professional direction.
Returning, I will really miss each newly dawned day in Olomouc, which was full of knowledge and impressions. Beautiful environment, student spaces and the main asset of this program, my European friends.
Student life abroad is different from Georgian, time is highly valued there, European students are more independent and freer, who have properly allocated time for study and entertainment.
If wasn't this exchange program, I wouldn't have been able to fulfill my childhood dream. The program gave wings to my dreams and sent me to the heart of Europe to gain new experiences;)) I will always be grateful to my home University, which gave me many opportunities, and I accepted, grasped and returned to my homeland and my beloved university with the knowledge and experience gained.
