Paramjeet is a lawyer with extensive practice and an invited lecturer to several public and private universities. He holds an LL.M. from Munich Intellectual Property Law Center (MIPLC), a union of the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition; the George Washington University Law School (USA); University of Augsburg (Germany) and Technical University of Munich (Germany).
He is one of the pioneers in the field of AI regulation and policy making in Eastern Europe. Paramjeet is a consultant in the field of AI research, regulation and policy. He is a global panellist with MIT Technology Review and a member of International Association for Artificial Intelligence and Law (IAAIL).
Paramjeet has published his papers in internationally renowned academic journals like Sweet and Maxwell’s European Intellectual Property Review and Oxford University Press’ Journal of Intellectual Property Law and Practice. He also regularly writes for popular media platforms and is frequently invited to deliver his papers, talks and presentations on topics pertaining to AI. His research includes how AI will influence human existence, especially in the context of economy, work, law, society and its institutions, business management, social behaviour and policy making.
