Tamar Papashvili is an affiliate Assistant of Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani University, a member of Prince David Institute for Law. She earned her M.A. from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and is currently doing a PHD at the same university. She has been teaching Constitutional Law and Municipal Law since 2014. Tamar joined Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani University in 2019.
Her main areas of research: Constitutional and Municipal Law.
