Employment and Career Advancement

The university places special emphasis on students’ career development and their successful integration into the labor market. Students and graduates receive support in planning their professional paths and achieving their career goals.

The university offers individual career consultations, which include identifying professional interests, developing a career plan, preparing resumes and cover letters, and training for job interviews. To promote career development, the university regularly organizes employment forums where students meet employers from various fields and learn about job vacancies and internship programs.

To enhance students’ practical experience, the university collaborates with representatives from both the public and private sectors and facilitates student participation in internship programs, allowing them to develop professional skills in real work environments. In parallel, trainings and workshops are conducted to develop various skills. Particular attention is given to training in artificial intelligence (AI), where students are introduced to modern digital tools, the practical application of AI technologies in academic and professional work, and the development of digital competencies that are in demand in the labor market.

At Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani University, an annual survey of graduates regarding employment is conducted. According to the 2023–2024 academic year survey, the employment rate of graduates is 68.4%.

The university’s goal is to create an educational and supportive environment that helps students and graduates advance in their careers.
