Call for applications of Erasmus+
Call for applications of Erasmus+ Credit Mobility with University of Valladolid has been started. This call is available only the students from faculty of Business (Bachelor and Master).

Deadline for applications is February 28th, 2018 (23:59 Central European Time CET)
Bachelor’s students can choose the academic courses from the area: International Semester Programme in Commerce
Master student is allowed to choose the courses from the area Foreign Commerce
Grant:
The Erasmus+ ICM grants cover the following:
One return trip from your country to the host university.
In all instances, the point of arrival will be the UVa
Students (undergraduate, master, doctorate): 800 euros / month
Academic fees at the host university
Medical insurance: full medical insurance policy covering illness, accidents, and repatriation in
the event of death.
Evaluation Procedures
Once the period for submission of applications has concluded, Sabauni shall conduct a check
to ensure that candidates meet the formal requirements and that documents are in order and have been submitted in full before proceeding to validate candidates. Those candidates who are validated shall then form part of the selection process.
During the first stage of the selection process, host and home universities will assess the applications.
The evaluation will be made according to the following criteria:
- Academic performance (Bachelor and Master): 60% (0-100)
- Teaching / research background (Doctorate and Teaching Staff): 60% (0-100)
- Professional background (Administrative Staff): 60% (0-100)
- Motivation (for all candidates): 20% (0-100)
- Relevance of the proposal (for all candidates): 20% (0-100)
If any academic offer has special language requirements it will be indicated the call. Language
requirements are not a selection criterion but a requirement sine qua non.
If the candidate comes from a disadvantaged socio-economic background it must be indicated in the evaluation (there is a specific question). During the final selection, with equivalent academic level, preference should be assigned to students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
All candidates (selected, rejected and waiting list) will be communicated the results after April 30, 2018.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO APPLY FOR A GRANT:
In order to apply for a grant, a scanned copy of the various documents described below should be uploaded. Some of these are general documents, common to all types of grant, whereas others are specific to each type of grant.
General documents to be submitted by all applicants:
- Photo
- Passport or national identity document
- Curriculum vitae, following the EUROPASS model

- Letter of recommendation
- Transcript of Records (for undergraduate / master / doctorate students). In the case of
undergraduate candidates, certificates should clearly show that applicants have
completed the first year of their university studies
- Certificate of enrolment at the home university
- Certificates accrediting language skills.
- Signed proposal
- Letter of invitation (only for staff)
- If you are in an unfavourable financial or social situation, you should submit
documents accrediting that this is the case.
- Disabled students should submit a document as a proof of their disability
- Letter of motivation
All the document must be filled in English, printed and scanned.
