Erasmus+ Mobility for PhD Students

An open call is announced for PhD students to apply for an Erasmus+ research grant. Selected candidates will conduct their research activities in the following laboratories at the Open University of Cyprus:

• Cybersecurity and Telecommunications Research Lab

• Computational Cognition Lab

• Chemical Engineering and Engineering Sustainability Lab

• Cyprus Center for Trustworthy AI (CyCAT)

The mobility can be carried out in a hybrid format, which includes a minimum stay of 2 months in Cyprus, combined with online components.

Grant:

• Travel allowance

• Monthly scholarship: €850

Applicants should contact the International Relations Office of the Open University of Cyprus with a motivation letter describing the research topic they are working on and the laboratory at the Open University of Cyprus where they would like to conduct their research.

After receiving confirmation from the Open University of Cyprus, applicants should contact Sabauni’s International Relations Office and submit the completed Learning Agreement (available here) and a motivation letter in Georgian to the International Relations Office email: ir@sabauni.edu.ge.

Please indicate “Erasmus+ PhD Mobility OUC” in the subject line.

The Selection Committee will review the applications and forward the list of selected candidates to the host university. Candidates will receive the final decision from the Open University of Cyprus.
