Erasmus+ ICM for student and staff
The call for Erasmus+ ICM for the spring semester of 2019-2020 academic year is open. The call is for student and academic/administrative staff. Erasmus grant covers the travel and living cost in abroad.
Type of the mobilities:
Student Mobility: One semester mobility at the partner University, the ECTS credits will be recognized after the mobility by the home university
Academic staff mobility: academic staff is required to deliver 4-8 hours lectures at the host university. Duration of the Mobility 7 days (including the travel 2 days)
Administrative staff mobility: the aim of the mobility is to share / exchange best practice and experience from host university. Duration of the Mobility 7 days (including the travel 2 days)
Please note, that the study process is in English and student should take the study courses no less than 24 ECTS.
Requirements:
- The applicant student should be active student of MA or BA program at Sabauni (the first and last year students are not eligible to apply for the scholarship)
- The applicant staff should be affiliated professor at Sabauni
- The student should have good academic merit
- The applicant should have good knowledge of English (B1-B2)
Required documents for registration:
- CV
- Student’s transcript of records (only for the student)
- Motivation letter (in English, around 500 words)
- Language Certificate (issued by internationally recognized centers), B2 level. In case of the student do not have the certificate, they will pass the test and interview at Sabauni
- Copy of Passport
- Recommendation letter from the faculty (in Georgian is possible) (only for student)
- Brief overview of the topics offered to the host University
Please note: Study process is in English /French and students have to take the courses at least 24 ECTS.
The academic staff are required to deliver 4-8 hours lectures at the host university (the amount of the hours is depended on the host university/faculty)
Deadlines:
26 September – 27 October – registration
28 – 30 October – test
1-5 November – applicants’ selection and publish the results
Note: in case of the equal conditions, the preference will be given to the student from socially disadvantaged family.

- Catholic University of Lyon, France –BA, MA Student (Theology), language – French
- The Pontifical University of John Paul II in Krakow, Poland – academic/administrative staff
- The University of Social Sciences in Lodz, Poland - academic staff
- The University college of Enterprise and Administration in Lublin, Poland – Academic / Administrative staff
- The Catholic University of Ruzomberok, Slovakia – academic / administrative staff, faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences
