On 20th of February, Sabauni will host a public lecture of Polish professor, Dr. Joanna Siekiera about “Georgian-Polish Diplomatic Relations: Intensification after the 2008 Georgia-Russia war”. The lecture will be held at 2 P.M at 404 room.
Prof. Dr. Siekiera has graduated the Universities of “Warsaw school of economics” (PhD), Victoria University of Wellington (PhD), New Zealand, University of Wroclaw.
The area of her research is: International Public Law (Diplomatic Law, Law of Armed Conflicts); the Pacific Studies; Polish Foreign Affairs; regionalism; security Legal and Political relations in the Pacific region; regional security architecture; Polish connections to the Pacific.
Dr. Siekiera is author of two monographs, 23 books (chapters in the books), 26 scientific issues.
She speaks English, French and German (fluent), Italian and Russian (basic)
