Scholarship for young scientist
Polish government announces scholarship program for young scientists from Eastern Europe, Russia, Near East and Caucasus for the 2020-2021 academic year. The scholarship is for study at the polish HEIs from September 2020 till June 2021.
MA or PhD students mainly from Humanities (history, Ethnology, Cultural studies / art, Social Psychology, Administration and Governance, Law and etc.) are eligible to apply for the grant, who already have done some scientist achievement or /and experience in working administrative positions. The scholarship is for research during the study period.
Language of study is Polish.
Monthly stipendium is 1500 Polish Zloty, the applicant should cover all the expenses (accommodation, living cost, travel …)
Grant owner is obliged to:
- Stay one academic year at Poland
- Define with the tutor the topic and ?? of the research work
- Present speech about the work twice (January and May of 2021) (speech should be part of the Diploma)
- Attend at least 5 academic activity a week (seminar, lecture …) which will be relevant to the research topic.
- Should attend the polish courses in the first semester of the study
- Should have consultations with tutor every week
- Should prepare Diploma thesis in Polish at least 50 pages.
- Defend the diploma thesis no later than 20 June of 2021.
If the applicant should not respect the above mentioned duties, scholarship program will be cancelled.
Deadline for the registration is 1st March of 2020
