Academic Mobility of SabaUni's Associate Professor in Budapest
Salome Gogberashvili, Associate Professor at the Faculty of Social Sciences of Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani University, took part in an academic staff mobility visit to Péter Pázmány Catholic University in Hungary under the Erasmus+ KA171 program.
Over the course of one week, Salome Gogberashvili held meetings with Hungarian colleagues and delivered lectures to students. ''The mobility was an important experience for my professional development. It was especially interesting to get acquainted with the host university's teaching methods and academic environment, as well as to exchange experience and ideas with international colleagues. This mobility is significant for both the university and the faculty, as it helps strengthen international cooperation, establish new academic contacts, and share modern teaching practices. I plan to introduce the teaching practices and methods shared by my colleagues into my work with students. During conversations with colleagues, we discussed opportunities for future cooperation, including the implementation of joint projects and research activities'' - said Salome Gogberashvili.
Salome Gogberashvili's academic mobility took place from May 11 - 15, 2026, and was fully funded by the European Commission's Erasmus+ program.
