Scientific Research Project Presentation

 On February 25, a presentation of the research project “Internationalization of Scientific Research in Georgia (1991–2021) and Its Impact on the Academic Activities of Professors” was held at Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani University. The project was presented by University Professor Giorgi Tavadze.

 The research was conducted with the support of the Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation of Georgia.

During the presentation, attendees learned about the key findings of the study, which were based on in-depth interviews conducted with 32 academic staff members employed at 16 different institutions. The discussion focused on how respondents perceive internationalization, what factors facilitate or hinder this process, and the professional realities within which they carry out their academic activities.
