Practical Training in Labor Law

If you want to manage labor relations correctly, join the Practical Training in Labor Law.

Within the training, participants will deepen their knowledge of applying the Labor Code and the practical aspects of managing labor relations. They will learn how to avoid legal risks, effectively balance the interests of employers and employees, and make sound HR decisions. Participants will also review current Georgian and international court practice.

• Mukhran Didmanidze—Lawyer with many years of experience in labor disputes
• Simon Takashvili – Associate Professor, Co-author of the Commentary on the Georgian Labor Code
