Administrative Staff Mobility at the Pontifical University of Salamanca

An open competition is being announced for Erasmus+ staff mobility. The selected candidate will participate in the International Week organized by the Pontifical University of Salamanca, which will focus on the theme "Inclusion and Mental Well-being in Higher Education." The International Week will take place from April 7 to 11, 2025.

This competition is open to administrative staff of the university with at least one year of experience working at the institution.

Required documents for registration:

• CV (in English)
• Motivation letter (in English)
• Proof of English language proficiency (B2 level)

The Erasmus+ grant will cover travel and living expenses in Spain (160 euros per day).

Interested candidates should send the requested documentation from their university email to the International Relations Manager at ir@sabauni.edu.ge no later than December 24 of this year.

Selection criteria:

• Ability to communicate in a foreign language
• Involvement in administrative activities at the university (degree of participation in university-related tasks)
• Relevance to the mobility theme
• Expected outcomes of the mobility

In case of equal qualifications, preference will be given to applicants who have not previously participated in Erasmus+ programs.
