Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility program for Students at the University of Valladolid
Registration is now open for participation in the Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility Program. Applicants selected within the program will study in Spain, at the University of Valladolid, during the fall or spring semester of the 2025-2026 academic year.
Financial side:
- 850 euros per month;
- Travel costs are calculated according to the distance calculator
- 250 euros per month for students with fewer opportunities
An additional grant can be obtained by a student who
- Receives state benefits
- Belongs to a large family
- Is a victim of violence (terrorism, gender-based, orphan)
- Also has an income below the minimum income
- Is at risk of social exclusion
- Is from a border region or a displaced person
- Is a student with a disability of 33% or more
In all cases, the student must present a supporting document issued by the relevant state structure.
The University of Valladolid also waives the visa fee of up to 30 euros.
In case the student takes a Spanish language course (for students of the Spanish Erasmus+ program), the University of Valladolid will grant the student an additional 100 euros, provided that the student attends 75% or more of the lectures and obtains a final grade of 5 (pass).
The selected student must take courses equivalent to at least 25 ECTS credits during the mobility period. In the event that the student fails any of the selected subjects, upon returning to the university, he or she must take the corresponding course again.
The selected students must complete an administrative registration before the start of the mobility.
The competition is open to:
Students with active status in the Master's and Bachelor's programs at Sabauni
Students in the Bachelor's program who have successfully completed one academic year.
Students who do not have financial debt to the university
Registration is taking place online, on the University of Valladolid portal, no later than April 29, 2025 (23:59 Spanish time).

Interested applicants must register on the portal and then upload the required documentation:
Documents required for registration:
- Copy of passport
- CV in Europass format
- Letter of recommendation
- Transcript of records
- Student status certificate
- English language certificate (if not available, interested individuals can take a test. The test will be held on April 10, at 11:00, register for the test)
- Signed learning agreement
- Motivation letter
- In the case of persons with disabilities, a supporting document
- In the case of requesting an additional grant, an official document confirming the situation
- Declaration of compliance with tax and national insurance obligations in the case of grants (downloadable from the portal). Only a signature is required.

Stages:
First stage: Registration and confirmation of applicants by Sabauni
Second stage: Double evaluation (by Sabauni and the University of Valladolid) (evaluation is carried out by a special commission)
Third stage: Summary of evaluations and selection of candidates
The evaluation criteria are:
- Academic performance - 60%
- Motivation - 20%
- Relevance - 20%
