Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani University Publishing House has become a full member of Crossref, opening up new horizons for our research visibility and citation. This membership allows us to be part of a global network of scientific research, connect with more than 20,000 members and affiliated organizations in more than 150 countries, and participate in the governance of the organization’s Board of Directors with voting rights. Most importantly, Crossref membership allows the university to generate permanent identifiers (DOIs) for research products published under the university’s name, which ensures easy access to publications, their searchability, and a promising increase in citation.
