The purpose of Public Administration Bachelor Educational Program to acquire student with: 
•    Broad theoretical knowledge of public administration foundations, models, values and ethical standards, systems, principles and institutions, public administration values, main trends and challenges based on European values. Also, related to public administration: national and foreign scientific opinion; institutional, legal, political and economic foundations of public administration; organizational arrangements and forms of activity of administrative bodies; About innovative mechanisms and tools, including e-government, needed for result-oriented management decision-making and implementation.
•    The ability to apply theoretical knowledge acquired in relation to public administration in practice, to identify problems related to the field of public administration, to research, analyze, and search for traditional and innovative ways of solving them, including through digital technologies.
•    To develop the ability of argumentative reasoning, formulating and sharing conclusions, making result-oriented decisions related to public administration while adhering to constitutional order, human rights, principles of democratic and good governance, ethical and professional norms, as well as the ability to conduct small-scale research on various current issues related to public administration under the guidance of a supervisor, communicate, and continuously update knowledge.

Lectures are conducted by both active public servants who share their knowledge and experience with students, as well as highly qualified scientists whose lectures are delivered using modern teaching methods.
The Public Administration Bachelor's program is distinguished by a multitude of exclusive and practical courses:

•    Labor and Organizational Psychology

Within the framework of the Public Administration Bachelor's program, the student learns to prepare all the documents that a bachelor's graduate might encounter in public service.
Graduates of the Public Administration Bachelor's Educational Program will have the opportunity to work in any position that requires a bachelor's academic degree (except for regulated professions requiring a bachelor's academic degree) and does not require passing a state certification exam and/or additional prerequisites stipulated by Georgian legislation.
Graduates of the Public Administration Bachelor's Educational Program can be employed in:
•    Administrative positions in legislative, executive, and judicial branches of government; 
•    State control bodies; 
•    Public and private legal entities or other non-profit (non-commercial) organizations.
