International Relations is an interdisciplinary undergraduate program that examines the interactions of actors involved in international politics. The research topics of the program include foreign policy; Diplomacy; International conflicts and negotiations; Issues of war and peace; International security; Terrorism, International Economy and Trade; The factor of religion in international affairs; human rights; Climate change and environmental protection; etc.
A wide range of international relations requires an interdisciplinary approach that includes the fields of political science, history, economics, sociology, law, foreign languages, and more.
Knowledge in the field of international relations will enable the student have a good understanding of the complex nature of modern international affairs.
In addition to the mandatory courses, the student will have the opportunity to choose a practical part and undergo an internship in various agencies and institutions in Georgia (ministries, embassies, international organizations, etc.).
