The main priority for Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani University is a student and, consequently, an environment tailored to them. Because of this approach and need, the University has a Student Affairs Manager, which providing relevant consultations to students and supporting them in employment and career development. Also, it implements entertaining and cognitive activities, which helps to create a common friendly environment at the university.
The University conducts intensive individual and group career consultations, coordinates and develops cooperation with the employment of students and alumni with the civil, private, and public sectors; Creating employer databases and providing information about active vacancies regularly for university students and alumni.
The University actively cooperates with the largest companies operating in the labor market in various directions. The University holds an annual HR Forum, where the representatives are leading Georgian companies and various universities.
Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani University has a scholarship program, which can get not only a high rate of academic achievement student but also the students who are involved in various curricula outdoor activities. The purpose of awarding scholarships is to encourage students, increase their motivation, and create a healthy competitive environment.
The Student Affairs Manager provides active vacancies to students and alumni twice a week, and as a part of this service, they receive regularly updated information on vacancies and other opportunities in the labor market.
The university has a program for welcoming foreign students, where they get acquainted with the structure of the university, meet representatives of various departments, learn about the layout of the building and meet local students.
The goal of the University is to plan all activities according to the problems, needs, and interests of Sabauni students. That’s why the University regularly conducts research about student career development, and with these results goals and action plans are set. In addition, at the end of each year in the University student affairs Manager researches Graduate Satisfaction about Employment and Career Development where the students express their views on educational programs, the quality of teaching, the University, and the provided services.
