Academic staff mobility at Pontifical University of Krakow
On 16-20 May, Irakli Javakhishvili, assistant of faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences took part in Teaching Mobility program of Erasmus+ ICM program and visited The John Paul II Pontifical University of Krakow. During the mobility he delivered lectures for hosting University students.
“During my mobility, I have held lectures in the field of Social Teaching of catholic Church. It was especially interesting to meet and discuss with students from different cultures / countries (Poland, USA, United Kingdom, Spain, Albania). This has well demonstrated different views on specific topics from different cultures and communities. As a result of mobility, I became an active participant in discussions between students and academic staff from different countries, which made it even more familiar and desirable to work in a multicultural environment – said Irakli Javakhishvili.
During the mobility Irakli Javakhishvili met the representatives from IR office and faculty of Philosophy.
Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani University cooperates with the John Paul II Pontifical University since 2018 within the various joint programs.
