Erasmus+ research mobility at University of Valladolid
Applications are open for participation in the Erasmus+ Student Mobility Program for research. The program is designed for master's and doctoral students.
The mobility program will be carried out at the University of Valladolid (Spain) during the autumn or spring semester of 2026–2027.
Program duration: One semester
Grant:
- The program fully covers travel expenses
- Monthly stipend: €850
- The University of Valladolid will cover the student's health insurance and visa costs up to €30
Registration is open on the online platform until the end of April 28 of the current year.
Required documents:
- Copy of passport
- CV (preferably in EUROPASS format)
- Letter of recommendation
- Transcript of records
- Certificate of student status
- Document confirming English language proficiency (contact the Head of the Foreign Languages Center at sh.gogiashvili@sabauni.edu.ge and indicate that you need it for an exchange program)
- Research project signed by the academic supervisor and the administrative staff responsible for mobility
- Motivation letter
- In the case of a person with special needs, a supporting document issued by the relevant authorities
Selection criteria:
- Academic performance / research project - 60%
- Motivation - 20%
- Relevance - 20%
Research topics for master's and doctoral programs
Note: It is important that the student's research topic matches the research topic offered by the Spanish university. The interested person must contact the Spanish professor of the research topic they are interested in and agree on the mobility dates and topic with them (contact information is provided on the portal).
Selection takes place in three stages:
- First stage: Formal validation
- Second stage: Selection by the sending university (interview with the selection committee, week of May 4 - exact date and time will be communicated by email after registration closes)
- Third stage: Selection of applicants by the receiving university and final decision
Candidates will be notified of results by email.
