Erasmus+ mobility program for students at the Ostfold University

New Call for Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility program is open now. Within the program students from Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani University will study Fall semester of 2025-2026 academic year at the Ostfold University College . 

BA students from the Faculty of Business and Technology are allowed to apply for the grant. 

In the competition are not allowed:
•    First year students
•    Student who doesn’t have active student status
•    Last year’s students
•    Students who have financial debt

Funding:

Monthly Grant: 900 Euro
Travel: 360 / 530 Euro

Erasmus+ program does not cover the Visa and insurance expenses.
Required Documentation:
•    Students transcript of records
•    Copy of passport
•    English language certificate (level B2)
•    Reference letter from the faculty/professor
•    Cover Letter in English
•    CV in Europass (in English)
•    Learning Agreement (download from here)

Selection criteria:
•    Academic merit – 30 %
•    English – 40 %
•    Motivation – 30%
In case of the equal results, priorities will be given to the student from eco-socially disadvantaged family or to the student who has never participated in Erasmus+ program.

Note: Before the mobility, Sabauni student should pay tuition fee for the Fall semester. 
Important deadlines:
April 9 , 11:00 – Test for English (register here before April 9)
April 12 - last day for the application documents
April 14 – Interview with selection committee.
