Erasmus+ Student Mobility in Olomouc

The call for participation in the Erasmus+ international credit mobility program is open now. Grant-holder students will study at Palacky University in Olomouc in the fall semester of the 2026-2027 academic year. The mobility period is fully funded, the student will receive travel expenses as well as a monthly stipend.

Eligibility

• Students should have at least one semester studied at Sabauni
• The student should have an active status.
• Should not have any financial debt.
• A graduate-semester student should consult with the faculty dean about an additional semester.

Grant:

•  Travel expences
• Monthly scholarship 800 euro

The Erasmus+ program does not cover visa fees or insurance expenses.

Required documentations:

• Student Card (grades)
• International certificate of foreign languages (B2, TOEFL, IELTS). If the student does not have such a document, she or he should apply to the to the language center of Sabauni for the test.
• Motivation letter (English)
• CV in Europass format 
• Cover letter from the faculty or professor

Notice: Before leaving for study, the student should pay tuition fees at Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani University.

Criteria:

• Academic merits: 30%
• English/foreign language: 40%
• Motivation: 30% *

*The student's motivation is evaluated by the selection committee established by the rector's order according to the following signs: how much the student knows the receiving university/programs and how much he/she is aware of the importance of a specific exchange program in professional and personal development.

In case of the equal grades, the students from the socially disadvantaged family or with fewer opportunities will be prioritized.

 Important deadlines:

April 7, 11:00: English test

April 13 : Submission of the Application

April 15:  Interview with the selection committee
