FUCE Summer School: "Populism Remaking Humanism?"
From June 30 to July 4, 2025, the Catholic University of Lille will host a summer school organized by the Federation of European Catholic Universities (FUCE) on the theme "European Humanism in the Making." This year's topic will be "Is Populism Remaking Humanism?". The program is divided into two parts. The first part will focus on "Historical and Cultural Roots: Implications for Europe Today," while the second part will address "Social and Political Construction: Implications for the Future of Europe."
The summer school is open to undergraduates (except first-year students) and master's program students.
Conditions:
- Travel expenses are covered by the student
- Accommodation and meal expenses are covered by FUCE
Interested participants must submit the required documentation no later than February 8, 2025, to the International Relations Office email: ir@sabauni.edu.ge. Please indicate "FUCE summer school 2025" in the subject line.

- English language certificate or document issued by Sabauni Center (if no certificate is available, Sabauni Language Center will conduct a test to issue a language proficiency document)

February 8 - Document submission
Week of February 10 - Interview with selection committee
After February 28: Final decision announcement by the Federation
Selection Criteria:
Academic performance - 40%
English language proficiency - 30%
Motivation - 30%
Note 1: In case of equal evaluation, preference will be given to students from socially vulnerable families. Note 2: In case of equal scores, preference will also be given to bachelor's program students.
