Individual exchange program for academic staff and PhD students
Within the cooperation between Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani University and the Catholic University of Lublin, call for the short-term teaching and research mobility at host universities is open now. The academic staff and PhD students of Sabauni are eligible to apply.
The applicant will be provided with accommodation; other expenses must be covered by the applicants themselves.
Duration of mobility
2 weeks, 1 month or 2 months- the applicant can choose the duration by herself
Mobility will launch during the 2024-2025 academic year
Deadline for submission of documents (registration): June 20, 2024.
Applicants are required to submit an application form and work plan (download from here), which must be agreed upon with receiving university professor from the relevant field (the applicant must contact the Polish professor and plan the mobility period in agreement with him).
Note: for communication with the University of Lublin, please use private e-mails (Sabauni e-mails will go to the Spam).
The applicant should send the above-mentioned documentation no later than June 20 to the following e-mail address: ir@sabauni.edu.ge and write BAL Exchange at KUL in the subject line.
A specially created commission of Sabauni will make a decision about selection after the registration is completed.
The applicant can apply for the following types of mobility:
• research mobility;
• teaching mobility;
• both research and teaching mobility
Sabauni-affiliated professors and academic staff, also students of the doctoral school are eligible to participate.
To know English at least a B2 level is mandatory.
Required documentation:
• Application form (download from here) signed by a representative of the host university
• English language certificate or a document that proves that the applicant knows the English language properly (for example, he has experience conducting lectures in English)
Requested documents must be sent no later than March 31 to the following e-mail address: ir@sabauni.edu.ge, write Staff Exchange at KUL in the subject line.
