Life and Public Works of Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani

On June 23, 2015 the contest dedicated to the life and public works of Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani was organized in SabaUni by Sulkhan-Saba Community with support of our University.
The contest was divided into several sections that contained both theoretical and practical tasks. The theoretical part was conducted in question-answer format. The practical part included staging of one episode from The Book of Wisdom and Lies by Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani.

The four Universities took part in the contest: Georgian University of St. Andrew, Georgian Technical University, Samtskhe-Javakheti State University and the host - Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani University.
The contestants were assessed by the invited jury. The winners became SabaUni students and the second place was obtained by the team of Georgian University of St. Andrew.
The members of the winner team are: Giorgi Laperashvili, Levan Futkaradze, Tamar Doreuli and Mariam Makhatadze. SabaUni Administration congratulates to our students and wishes them further success.
