Lela Vardidze's Mobility at the Catholic University in Ružomberok

Sabauni's Human Resources Manager, Lela Vardidze, visited the Catholic University in Ružomberok, Slovakia, through the Erasmus+ staff mobility program for administrative personnel.

As part of her mobility, Lela Vardidze held working meetings with representatives from the HR department and the head of the international relations office at the Catholic University in Ružomberok.

"The mobility helped me grow both personally and professionally, as it was my first experience of this kind. It gave me the opportunity to observe the culture of a European university, HR processes, and to share experiences with my Slovak colleagues. On the first day, I met with Erasmus+ coordinator Martin Pinko, who gave me a tour of the university and introduced me to his colleagues. We discussed the university's main ongoing processes and approaches, its structure, strategy, accreditation processes, and much more. I also met with HR department representatives, and we thoroughly discussed our responsibilities, duties, national and internal university approaches to human resources management, professional and institutional challenges, and new developments. All of this helped me better understand both the achievements and areas for improvement at our own university, and it significantly boosted my motivation to remain part of the Sabauni team for years to come."

Lela Vardidze's mobility took place from May 12 to 16, 2025, and was fully funded by the Erasmus+ KA171 International Credit Mobility Program.
