Judges of Supreme Court of Poland visit Sabauni

From 13th June to 17th June, prof. Krzystof Wiakk, judge of Supre Courte of Poland and professor of Catholic University of Lublin was hosted by the Law faculty of Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani University. With prof. Wiakk, prof. Tomasz Szancilo judge of Supre Courte of Poland and civil law professor of the University of Warsaw visited Sabauni as well. Professors held meeting with Sabauni Law students. They also delivered public lectures for PhD students of Law on the different topics:
The topic of prof. Krzystof Wiakk was “The impact of rulings of the Polish Constitutional Tribunal on the criminal protection of human life in the period of prenatal development”.
The topic of prof. Tomasz Szanciło was: Liability of the carrier in the road transport of freight (goods), with particular emphasis on the liability of the carrier in the event of theft and robbery “
Both of meetings were followed by the questions and discussion.
