PROM short-term academic exchange program for PhD students and lecturer
Applications are now open for the PROM—Short-term Academic Exchange Program. The program is funded by the European Commission in cooperation with the Ministry of Education of Poland.
As part of the program, applicants will have the opportunity to participate in teaching or research activities at the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin. The mobility must be completed by September 30, 2025.
Duration of the mobility: 5-20 days
Grant amount is depended on the applicant's status and duration of the stay in Poland. Please find more information here (annex 4).
Registration is open online until January 12, 2025.
Doctoral students and affiliated staff of Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani University are eligible to participate in the competition.
The following activities can be planned during the mobility period:
- Participation in a conference organized by the host university
- Collection of materials for a doctoral thesis/article
- Participation in a winter/summer school
- Participation in a short educational activity (intensive course), workshop, professional internship, or study visit
- Work in a library/archive
- Teaching
- Participation in the development of an international grant application
Documents required for the application:
- Application form (download, annex 2)
- Certification/document/certificate confirming knowledge of a foreign language
- Official acceptance letter from the receiving department
- Self-assessment questionnaire (link)
- Certificate/reference letter from workplace/doctoral school
