Professors of the Sabauni are the winners of the program - "Rustaveli-DAAD“

Two professors of the Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani University faculty of law, Simon Takashvili and George Meskhi, are the winners of the Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation of Georgia and German Academic Exchange Service DAAD joint program, "Rustaveli-DAAD" 2024s competition. 

The winning projects are:

"Compliance of the special category of personal data processing established by the new law "On Personal Data Protection" with the standards established by the European Union and legal guarantees for the protection of the rights of parties in disputes" - Simon Takashvili.

"To pass copyright permissions by inheritance in post-Soviet countries (Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine)" - George Meskhi.
