Sabauni professors Erasmus+ mobility in France
In April of 2022 Sabauni professors from the Faculty of Business and Technology participated in the International Staff Week, organized by the Catholic University of Lille (France). The main topic of the International Week was Sustainable Development and Modern Teaching Methods and during one week the several seminars and workshops were held around the topics.
"I think my participation in this project was very interesting not only for my administration and academic experience, but in the direction of sustainable development and modern teaching methods as well. Moreover, the faculty of Business and Technology is one of the first who have implemented Sustainable Development as a study course in the Georgian Educational spare. So, I think gained experience and new contacts will be helpful for the planning and implementing future joint projects" – prof. Tamta Mikaberidze, dean of the faculty of business and technology.
Professors Nino Papachashvili and Marine Tavartkiladze also participated in the week. "Increasing the role of universities in raising awareness in the direction of sustainable development is very important, and I think we will definitely share the experience gained here with colleagues and students within the framework of various events. During the week, we met with representatives of the IESEG School of Management, as well as employees of more than a dozen universities, with whom we discussed future plans and expanding academic cooperation." – Prof. Nino Papachashvili, head of institute of development studies of Sabauni.
