Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani University’s Doctoral School continues its successful Mentoring Program, aimed at supporting young researchers and fostering their scientific potential.
Within the framework of the program, under the mentorship of Associate Professor Simon Takashvili, PhD students of the School of Law:Tinatin Peikrishvili, Salome Koberidze, and Giorgi Chikviladze have co-authored and published a scholarly article.

The article, titled "The Scope of Piercing the Corporate Veil in a Limited Liability Company in Georgia: A Comparative Analysis of German and Georgian Law," was published in the international peer-reviewed journal Review of European and Comparative Law, which is indexed in the prestigious Scopus database.
The research explores the scope of piercing the corporate veil in Limited Liability Companies (LLCs) and provides a comparative analysis of German and Georgian law. This topic is highly relevant to modern corporate law and is expected to make a significant contribution to the development of Georgian legal dogmatics, especially following the 2022 Law "On Entrepreneurs."
