Theology (Bachelor)

Specialty: Theology
Awarded Academic degree: Bachelor of Humanities in Theology
Duration of study: 4 – years (240 – ECTS)
Language of Study: Georgian
Annual fee: 2250 GEL

Students of the bachelor program in Theology are exempt from fees in the first semester, and at the end of the first semester, in case of high academic performance (75 points+), they will continue their studies with full internal university funding.


Program Supervisor: Teimuraz Buadze

  • Exclusive exchange program in 10 European Universities;
  • The opportunity to choose additional specialties (Management, Tourism, International relations) gives students all the basic elements of Theological education.

A distinctive feature is the fact that the main theological disciplines are taught with an interconfessional approach, according to the Orthodox and Catholic tradition.

Many Theological courses are taught by the authoritative and popular invited academic staff in this field.

Students of the Bachelor program of Theology can in parallel with the diligent study of Theology learn the basic issues of Journalism and Psychology, this will allow them to use Theological competence in public and media relations.

Within the Minor students can choose International Relations, Tourism and Management Programs.

This will enable them to use their knowledge and skills to gain a place in the labor market.
